2017 Good Works Project
In today’s world of baggage fees and extra security checks, you will understandably want to pack light when traveling to Orlando—but please make room to bring your spare change!
Throughout the course of the Annual Meeting, the CPCU Society Central Florida Chapter will be collecting donations for the Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida. With your help, we can ensure that The Institutes CPCU Society Annual Meeting leaves a lasting impression on the Orlando community!
The Second Harvest Food Bank is a private, not-for-profit organization that collects, stores and distributes donated food to more than 550 feeding partners in six Central Florida counties.
Its mission is to create hope and nourish lives through a powerful hunger relief network while expanding the generosity of a caring community. Its vision is simple: to inspire and engage the community in an effort to end hunger.
The Central Florida Chapter volunteers annually with the Second Harvest Food Bank to collect and sort donations. Stop by the host chapter booth throughout the Annual Meeting to meet representatives of our Florida chapters and to learn more about the Second Harvest Food Bank.
